Meet Caroline, a member of Tuckernuck’s Buying Team and a familiar face around here. When she was an intern at Tuckernuck, we asked her to jump in a studio shoot to model. And she has been “modeling” for us ever since. So when we needed some inspiration for how to style this blazer, we turned to her. Not only does she help pick out the products, she also models them, and then chooses what to buy for herself. See why she loves this piece in particular; it’s no doubt she’s an expert on the subject!

My style in the office is fairly laid-back and simple. I love this blazer because I can throw it in my bag on my way to work, and it still looks crisp when I put it on at the office.

With clean lines and minimal details, the blazer instantly gives my outfits a boost, and it helps keep me warm when we all start battling over the thermostat.

desk to drinks!

I think it’s safe to say you can find me at Martin’s year-round; I’m either grabbing a glass of rosé in the summer on the patio or enjoying a Moscow Mule at the cozy bar in the winter. The staff is so friendly (shout out to Izzy!), and who doesn’t want to spend an evening sipping cocktails at the place where JFK proposed to Jackie O?

My weekend look must be fun and comfortable. When I’m not in my workout clothes, you’ll find me in shorts and Tretorns. Adding this blazer makes me feel like I’ve got my life together, and I’m ready to tackle my lengthy to-do list. Easy first check on the list? Get coffee and breakfast.

If you’re in Georgetown, Dog Tag Bakery is a must. I highly recommend their Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on a Whole Wheat Biscuit (since it’s on whole wheat, it must be healthy). The best part about this bakery: they employ disabled veterans and give them the opportunity to take classes at Georgetown University.
